Who we are. Ask Contracks is a service of Contracks Global SRL (Belgium), the controller of the personal data you send through this site.
What we collect. The details you enter in our forms: name, company, email, phone, location, information about your project and your comments. Join us applications also include your expertise and the links or files you send.
Why. To reply to your request, book and prepare your review call, and — if you go ahead — prepare a proposal. For applications, to assess you for our partner network. If you ask to stay in touch, we send occasional field notes by email — you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it's stored. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our mailbox.
How long. Only as long as needed for these purposes, then deleted.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time — just tell us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
